    This week I’ve put up a post close to my heart. The Brainpower Smoothie came about as an attempt to help my teens with study pressures they are currently facing as they prepare to take their final year exams. I researched foods that had been proven to help mental agility and memory and then played around with the recipe combinations until I got one that worked. In the article I explain in detail why I have included each ingredient and the scientific evidence to back it up-and of course the recipe itself. It is proving very popular!
