Happy Leap Year! This link-up is HUGE this week! Thank you for hosting!

I shared a couple of unconventional recipes from the past week. The first is Quinoa Pudding, sweetened with maple syrup and slow-baked in the oven.

The second recipe is the result of having a couple pounds of dry cottage cheese made from a gallon of spoiled milk. (I made bread with the whey, and was just looking at the cheese with a question mark…) I also have an abundance of organic russet potatoes because our local grocery store orders them for me if I agree to take fifty pounds of them. Cottage cheese, potatoes…. Potato Lasagna!!!!

    Have a great week!

Not sure where I found this-if it was from your blog or not–Cleaning your tub and tile–using a large cup, pour water down the sides of shower-then just toss baking soda on the sides, making sure to get stainless steel fixtures and places where the soap sets. Then pour white vinegar slowly down over all–wait about 5 minutes then scrub and rinse. Dry completely and your shower really sparkles. I found this method does the best job the easiest. Also environmentally friendly!
